Sooty's Magic Solutions, also known as Phobias, is an episode from the first series of Sooty & Co.
Plot[]
Sooty and Sweep scare Soo with a toy spider, but Matthew finds out everyone else has a phobia. Mo's phobia is mice, Sweep's is the dark and Matthew himself is scared of birds. Sooty helps cure them by doing some hypnosis, but not everything goes to plan. Soo adopts a pet tarantula called Terry, Sweep becomes a daddy chicken to some little chicks and Matthew acts as if he is a mouse. Matthew then gets Sooty to put him and everyone else back to their normal selves and asks Sooty what he is afraid of. Sweep then gets out a custard pie and Sooty starts shaking seconds before Matthew slaps him into the pie before everyone else gets into a pie fight as the end credits roll.

Goofs[]
- Matthew is said to be scared of birds, although he did not seem to be at all concerned about having a jackdaw in the house in the A-Z of Animals.
