Final Farewell (Also called Matthew Remembers) is the final episode of Sooty & Co., and Matthew's last ever episode presenting with Sooty, though he would return for a guest stint in the Sooty episode Chocco Chimp as a van driver.
Plot
Matthew is expanding the Sooty & Co. business and has opened up another shop elsewhere, leaving Sooty and the gang on Richard and Liana's hands to run the original shop. As a going away present, the gang have made up a compilation video of all the fun (and messy) times they have shared at the shop and Matthew is reunited with an old friend. Goodbye clips are played as Matthew tries to hold back his sadness.

Trivia
- This episode features clips from many Sooty & Co. episodes.
- This was the last episode Matthew presented with Sooty, but he would return in an episode of Sooty 2011 as a van driver.
- Originally Birthday Boy was meant to be the final episode, however the Sooty crew wanted an episode where Matthew was remembered.
Goofs
- Sooty & Co. has been shown in a lot of episodes to be unsuccessful, so it surely would not have the money to be able to open up another shop elsewhere, let alone have the money to continue to run two shops.
