Graham Cole (born in Willesden, London, England, UK, March 16th, 1952) is a British actor best known for his role as PC Tony Stamp in police drama The Bill. He appears in the Sooty & Co. episode Delgrub as Maurice, a policeman who is also Mo's brother.
