Larry Dann as Mr. Whalley
Larry Dann (born in London, England, UK, May 15th, 1941) is a British actor who appeared in three Sooty & Co. episodes as Mr. Dwayne and in the Sooty Heights episode Vote for Soo as Mr. Whalley. He is perhaps best known for his role in British drama The Bill and his appearances in the famous Carry On films.
