Rob Rackstraw (born in Sunderland, England, October 31st, 1965) is a voice actor who appeared as Sweep, Captain Fogbound and Sir Ray Fanshawe in Sooty's Amazing Adventures and Butch and Ramsbottom in Sooty Heights. Aside from Sooty, he provides many voiceovers for supermarket advertisements and voices many children's characters including several voices in Bob the Builder and several voices in the CBBC series Dennis and Gnasher. He recently joined the cast of Thomas and Friends.
