Rod, Jane and Freddy are singers, most famous for singing the songs in fellow children's television show, Rainbow.
Although Rod and Freddy are no longer in the public eye, Jane can still be found in panto and minor acting roles.

- Matthew Corbett used to be in this band when it was originally called Rod, Jane and Matt. Matthew then left the band to work on The Sooty Show and he was replaced, for a short while, by Roger Walker before Freddy Marks took over in 1980.
- Rod and Jane were a married couple when the group was founded with Matthew Corbett. Sometime later, Jane divorced and then married Freddy. However, the trio remained good friends.
