Wendy Abrahams is the Make Up and Wardrobe Supervisor for The Sooty Show. She is close friends with Sooty's writer Wink Taylor, whom together they have their own puppet show.

She began her work with Sooty on thesootyshow.com website webcam clip of Sooty's Birthday. She was asked to do the makeup for The Big Day Out and Sooty. In Series 2, she was also made wardrobe supervisor for the show.

She knew Wink before she began on Sooty.
She was introduced to Richard through Wink Taylor, Richard was directing The Basil Brush Shows at the time.
She appears in The Marching Band, Fitness Funatic and Wacky Washing. She also voiced Shirley the Scottish phone operator in Some Holiday.
She will be appearing in a panto this year along with Wink and Theo, the panto is Cinderella' at The Leatherhead Theatre in Surrey. Theo is Buttons, I'm Cinderella and Wink is of course Baron Hardup - a silly old man who falls over a lot.
She done make-up for Basil Brush before moving onto Theo the Mouse and Sooty.
